creative enablers.

The Motherland Project started as a personal venture to the home of my ancestors, the Philippines to retrieve my historical roots and furthermore learn about our indigenous traditions. The Motherland Project is now an ongoing project to continue the learning of Philippines Indigenous traditions and practice them within my artistic and creative framework. With art as a tool to connect with the Toronto Filipino Community and the broader community, I can share my knowledge as well as, help others retrieve their own personal history through visual art, dialogical art, and expressive arts therapy.
